My choice of invoice number?

Hi.
I'm trying to figure out how I can number Upwork invoices for my business. I live in the EU and am tax exempt. My account has all the important details. But I'm just trying Upwork as an additional source of income and have my own clients. I send them invoices which are numbered as is required in my country. So how do I make sure an Upwork invoice fits in the numbered order? Thanks! Sarah.
