Good night:
I ended a contract because I saw that Upwork see an inactive open contract as something negative. I gave my feedback to the client, and my client came from holidays today. 14 days window is over, and he wants to give me a feedback.
Could you activate that option for him?
Thank you.

Hi Francisco,
You can enable your client to add or change feedback on your contract, in order to do this:
Go to My Jobs › All Contracts
Check the Include closed contracts box and
Click the title of the contract to get to the details page
Go to Terms & Settings and click the Enable client to change feedback link
Once you enable your client to add their feedback on a contract, your client will have 14 days to submit.
Thanks!
