My client doesn't know how to leave a review

Hi all,
I ended the contract and asked my client to leave a review. He doesn't know how to do it, and I'm explaining to him the steps in detail + screenshots included, but he can't find the terms and condition page where he can add the feedback.

Can any moderator get in touch with him and help with the issue?

Please let me know if you need the contract reference number or any other information to access to the contract.

Thanks
Riccardo

Next time: Don't end the contract. Ask the client to end the contract.

If the client ends the contract, then he WILL leave a review.

You really don't need work with Upwork Customer Support for this. You don't need help from a moderator.

You can directly send him simple instructions.

1. Go to My Jobs.
2. Find the contract in the Ended Contracts section you wish to leave feedback on.
3. Click the Give Feedback button on your contract.

Hi Preston,
I gave him plenty of explanation attaching screenshots of the pages and steps to follow. After a few attempts, the client managed to leave the feedback.

I only discovered that in the case that the client ends the contract he'll have to leave a rating/review, but thanks anyway for getting nack to my question.
