My client don't see ACH bank transfer

I want to deal with a direct contract with my client from the U.S.

He wants to pay by ACh bank transfer. But he sees only 2 options (screenshot).
What should I do with it? How can he see an ACH bank transfer option?

Apologies for the confusion. In that case, the ACH option is not available for Direct Contracts.
