My client failed to approve the requested payment for Direct contract

Hi Everybody, 

 

I have created a Direct contract since a few weeks ago. The project has been successfully completed. I have sent a payment request, but when my client tries to approve it, it shows him the attached message.
Can you help me to approve it??
