My client filed for a refund by mistake, how do i decline the refund request as he doesnt want it.

My client accidently filed for refund, how do i decline it ? 

also do refunds bring down the JSS?

I was not able to locate the refund request you're referring to. Could you please share the ID of the contract you're referring to so that we can check this and advise you accordingly?

Hi Khan,

Thank you for following up. 

If you already agreed with your client regarding this request there is no need to take any action since they requested a refund of the money they’d already released to you. This refund request will not affect your JSS.

Since Bojan says the refund has already been processed, the way to settle it with the client now is to ask them to pay you the agreed amount as a bonus.

No trouble to anyone and you can keep going, business as usual. 👍
