My client has ended the contract without clearing the balance of $120. He is unresponsive and can't reach him. Please help track him.

If the money wasn't in Escrow, there is nothing anyone can do.
You do understand that academic fraud (writing school / university assignments) is a violation of Upwork's terms of service (apart from utterly immoral) and such jobs are not allowed on Upwork?

Upwork does not track your clients for you.

Ayub, the "balance" on a fixed-price contract does not matter.
The "budget" does not matter.
What matters is funded escrow payments.
If the budget is $200 and there is a milestone for $80... then if the client releases $80 to you and closes the contract, as far as Upwork is concerned, the contract is over.
A client may end a contract at any time by releasing any remaining escrow funds to the freelancer and closing the contract.
I am sorry if you did not receive all of the money you planned to receive for this project, but it will be helpful for you going forward to know how fixed-price contracts work.
