My client have paeiment problem

1- I work with client outside upwork 

She told me that he have accept offer but money comeback to his card account

sHE HAVE SENT PICTURE

Is it a problem on platform or  card or You hava limit for order with clients outside upwork or what ??

2- After getting 20 % for the first 500 dollar with client on upwork what is the fees later ??

Here are Upwork fees: 

First 500$ : 20%

501$-10,000$ : 10%

More than 10,000$ : 5%
