My client is having trouble paying for the final milestone

Hello...

I have just finished a job. The client had created two milestones, first of which had been funded and completed. I have just sent the final files but the client is saying that he doesn't know how to pay the final amount. Does anybody have any advice that I can forward on to the client?  Many thanks Nick S.

Hello Nick,

Ask your client to pay the remaining amount using 'Bonus' feature available on the contract page.

Alternatively, he can create and fund the 2nd milestone so you can request payment using the 'Submit Work/Request Payment' option.

Hi Nick,

I checked this for you and saw that your client has issued a bonus for you for the agreed amount! Keep in mind that bonuses are not protected under our Fixed-Price Protection for Freelancers. For future reference, please make sure to start working on a Milestone only after it has been funded for the appropriate amount.
