Hi,
I think for a client to have hourly contract, they need to have verified payment method.
Alternatively, you can try to rescind the contract and offer a new hourly contract to the same client and explanation in the message and see if the same thing happens.

Thanks Caline but i have 2 other hourly contracts active with the same client..So, the payment method is definitely verified...I would definitely try and resend the contract and see if they can accept.
