My client is too slow. He sends me project related things very slowly and keep dragging me with

I am working on a limited budget (100$) website. My client sends me project related things way too slowly. He/She always said that we are working on things (project related) and will send you soon. But, it already takes him/her 3-4 days but nothing. However, he points out things to improve or correct. But, I think he/she is dragging me with him/her. Can I do something about it.

You can't do anything about it.  Sometimes things take awhile to get together.  You can take this time to work on other contracts or other tasks related to the current project.  If you have nothing to do, use this time to work on your profile, apply for jobs, or learn new skills related to the job.  I have between 8 and 10 jobs going on at one time to avoid these kinds of annoying waiting periods.
