My client is unable to give his feedback

There is a problem with my account. my client says I can't leave you any feedback now, it tells me the contract isn't active yet. How I can solve this problem? any solutions?

Has the contract been started, the work done and the contract closed? Did the client end the contract or did you?

yeah, it's done and close. But he cannot give feedback to my work

In order for you and your client to be able to provide feedback for each other the contract will need to be closed first.
Since the contract is active both parties will not able to provide feedback at the moment, thank you.
