Client's name is **edited for Community Guidelines**, I really don't want to bother the client to
contact support, hope you can fix this from my end. Thank you.

The issue doesn't seem to be on your end which is why I have requested that you get in touch with your client. Just the same, I will go ahead and share this with the Customer Support Team so that they can assist your client directly.
