I have a client who has been trying for a week to hire me but, for some reason, is unable to. I sent him a link to the steps he needs to take in order to hire a freelancer. Apparently he followed the steps with no luck. He has, however, received a confirmation from UpWork that his payment method has been accepted. But he can't seem to deposit any funds into the escrow account for this job. I've never been a client on UpWork so I don't know how to help him. He's being patient but but getting frustrated with the situation. Please help.
