My client paid me but its not showing in my profile. How can I widhraw it?
Its my first time.
Please help.

He also took a refund of $100 from me, he send me and I clicked that link. I didn't understood that well.

Don't worry.

It will show up on your profile.

But maybe not immediately.

Many elements of our profiles are cached (for better performance). You may need to wait a few days.

Just because something isn't on your public profile page, that doesn't mean you haven't received the money. A good place to look is here:

Upwork.com -> Reports -> Overview

Once money is in the "Available" box, you may withdraw it.
