When I end the contract, it shows that the contract placed on hold.
When I ask to my client, she says that her account was suspended.
I need a help of fixing this issue.

Why do YOU need help to fix an issue with SOMEBODY ELSE'S Upwork account?
I'm just curious.
But just to be clear about something: Upwork is not going to to tell you anything about somebody else's account, and there is nothing you can do to fix problems with somebody else's account.

It depends why they were suspended. If it was for failure to pay, you are fine as long as you followed the payment protection rules. You would know if it's pay because you get a message that the contract is on hold on Thursday night. If it happens on like a Wed or Tuesday, they probably did something naughty.
