My client wants me to add them to their team in their company website

My client has a web design company and she wants me to add my photo with my designation in their company website , Is it allowed for me to share my photo to displayed in the client website

Upwork has no rules about this.

Of course a client who hires you may include your photo and designation on their company website.

Is this allowed?

Upwork allows this.

If the client is polite, they will ask your permission.

If the client asks for your permission, then it is completely up to you to agree or not agree. Has nothing to do with Upwork.
