My connect is being deducted from my account.

Hello folks, from the past few months I just paused biding on my Upwork profile and suddenly noticed that every month I can't get any free connects. On the other hand, 10 connects are deducted from my account every month. I don't understand why this happened. Has anyone faced this issue before? What should I do in this case? Hoping for a solution from experts.

Connects can 'expire':
