My connects are not getting added with fresh billing cycle

Hi Team,

 

I just have 2 connections available in my account as I applied for a few jobs last month.

 

They were supposed to be refreshed after 25th Aug 2020 as that's when my new billing cycle begins but that did not happen.

Can you please check and add my connects so that I can apply for new jobs again

Why do you think they should be refreshed? Are you on the (paid) Plus Plan?

There are 0 connects included in the free plan, and if you need more connects, you have to buy them.
