My connects have not reset

Hi, all!

 

So, I'm on a Freelancer Basic membership with Upwork, meaning at the end of my billing cycle, my connects are due to reset. The end of my billing cycle was yesterday,April 26 , and I still have yet to receive any new connects.

Hi Omar,

Just to confirm that April 26th is the last day of your old billing cycle. Please be patient for a few more hours and your new connects will be awarded to you.  Thank you!

Hi,

 

That's because it's still 26th in many parts of the world, including the one Upwork uses as a datetime reference. Be patient 🙂
