My contract is on hold by upwork

I have been working on a Contract with the client who payment method was verified. Then today suddenly upwork notified me my contract is on hold and that client payment method was not verified. What can be the possible solution and what should I do know. I really want to continue working with the client as we have been having a perfect working experience.

There is nothing you can do, the client must fix their account status.
