Hello , my contract put on hold from two weeks and my client does not reply , what can I do to get paid as I finished my work ? And does this affect my job successful ?

Treat it like any other job. If it's a fixed rate contract and the work is done, just submit for payment on the contract like you would usually do. Even if the client never appears again, you are paid 14 days after you submitted. The funds are in Escrow.
