Hi, I have opened a dispute against a freelancer. When I was opening the dispute there was written that in 3 business days you will be contacted by the Upwork team. It's now more than 3 business days and I have not been contacted by the Upwork team. Can you please tell me when I will be contacted by the Upwork team or when my dispute will be resolved?

Also when I see my dispute, it's not been assigned to anyone yet even after 3 business days.
