My earnings are lost

Hi everyone, I have a problem now. Please do help me. I have $402.50 earnings from last week and I supposed to request a withdrawal today but why my earnings are lost now after Upwork deducted 10%. It was lost and my Available is still $0.00. It supposed to be available today. Please do help me. Thank you!
