My financial transaction have been limited for not apparent reason.

Hi,

It has been 4 days that my financial transactions have been limited. It is stated that I should have received an email explaining why, but I have not received anything. My record is flawless, so I don't understand. I thought that maybe it was because I had to do my PayPal account verification, which I successfully did, but my account is still limited.
