Hi, I'm here on upwork I think about five months and I got a bad client for the first time! he won't answer any of my questions and I know he is online. he only answers when he needs me. or he won't pay milestones unless he needs me again. I can't upload the files and ask for payments since I am working on a storyboard for him so he needs to approve it before I get paid. what should I do? based on his behavior and how he answeres me( he won't answer me and if he does he is not polite) I know he will leave bad feedback for me, but I have done everything he needed and my other clients are completely satisfied with my work.
should I end the contract myself?
he said there are 35 storyboards in future but we only worked on one of them, which was enough for me, our contract is only for one storyboard.
is there any way to delete bad feedbacks from your profile? ( I can prove that everything I just said)
