Hi Kayla,

I'm sorry to hear that there seems to be a misunderstanding between you and your client. I can understand that this can be a frustrating situation. If you are no longer interested in working for this client, please politely let them know that you are willing to do the requested changes and submit it for payment. Please let them that you also are no longer able to continue working on any future milestones or continue working with them. It is always better to communicate and explain clearly and avoid getting in conflict with your client. It looks like you are also worried about receiving negative feedback. If that happens, as a Top Rated Plus freelancer, you may request for feedback removal. For more information about it, please check this help article

Hi Kayla,

Under Upwork Fixed-Price Protection, disputes enter a mediation process with an Upwork dispute specialist. If your client fails to respond to mediation after two contact attempts, the dispute will be resolved in your favor and all funds will be released to you. I'd like to share this article from the content corner for more information about disputes.
