My first salary doesn't appear on my bank account I tried to look at it for more than one week? Can I confirm here if should I really go to bank to withdraw? Or it will automatically goes on my account?

You should look first at Upwork.

Please: At the top of the Upwrork page look for -  Upwork  -  Find jobs  -  My jobs - Reports click here,  then click on Overview, you will see,  the information about your payment.  Such as work in progress - In reviewing -  Pending - Available (if you see an amount $$$ available.)  I think, you can transfer to your bank account.  It takes four to five days to transfer to your bank account. I hope this can help you.

My balance got zero on upwork so I've waited for 4-5 days but still it does not goes to my bank account.

In general, direct to local bank payments take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. There is a 12:00pm (noon) UTC cutoff time for same-day processing. After that, transfers will be processed the following business day. Bank holidays in the U.S. or your country can delay your funds. If you still do not receive your funds after 8 business days, please let us know so that we can create a trace for you.
