My friend is not able to login to his account...

Hello, 

One of my friend on Upwork as a freelancer is not able to login to his account because he changed his phone number, and his old registered number is not able to generate authentication code from the authentication app. He is also not able to register his new phone number, or contact Upwork because again Upwork asks for a login.
