My friend opened a support ticket for change of payoneer account and got an automated email

He sent the email at support email address and again got that as reply. His account is not yet approved but he has a contract with a client that he brought outside upwork to upwork platform and have an active contract with him. He went to requests section and the request was marked resolved. I need to know if the support is really there to help him out or not?
