My friend's account was suspended but he can't contact to a support

My friend has got a message that his account was suspended, but he can't contact to a support because "Cannot log in suspended user"(And he has redirection to "find job" page from support center.). He has no any additional notifications or emails about this. And also he can't post a message here for unknown reason.(He has strange message about access). 
Please help with this problem

But he didn't receive any email and can't contact customer supprot.
