Hi, I have an Upwork from a long time ago, but only recently I become active so I did not update my billing method. And now my funds are transferred to the non-existing PayPal? How is that possible, how can I track that money and get it back to my Upwork balance?

I checked and it seems that you already created a support ticket regarding your funds. I already followed up with the team handling your case and you can expect an agent to follow up in a timely manner.
