My hourly Contract is suspended.

Hello Upwork,

Today I receive an Email from Upwork. My hourly contract is suspended. I am in trouble. Kindly solve my problem. I am very sad. I am waiting for your kind response.

No, you can't, and there is nothing for you to discuss. The problem is between the client and Upwork. Upwork will not discuss your client's business with you because it is a private matter between your client and Upwork.


All you need and all you can do is to wait until Upwork tell you that you can work on the contract again.

That means there is a problem on the client side. Simply wait.

Only the client can resolve whatever issue they have with Upwork.


Would that be the contract that "pays" you almost 7 times your profile rate?

My rate is 3$ and my client is paying 4$ Kindly resolve my problem. Thanks.

No, that has nothing to do with the suspension of the contract then. The suspension is an issue on the client's side. Something between Upwork and the client. That is something your client needs to resolve with Upwork.
