My hours are not recorded on the site despite of the using the desktop tracker which took screenshots and looked as if it worked. 

Version 5.4.1.10

Hi Sergey,

 

Just to confirm, are you receiving any errors from the desktop app? Could you also try to connect to another internet connection so that your time is uploaded to your work diary? If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.

no errors. The issue seems to be resolved by installing the last tracker
version.
