My old, idle oDesk account is now UpWork, and apparently suspended

I've returned to a greater emphasis on Freelance work and UpWork was suggested to me. However, it appears that I previously had an account here (when it was oDesk). Now, the system says "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support.". Please advise how to remove the account suspension.
