Today , I faced some issues and wanted to support from upwork representatives. But when i went on Help Page my ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT option was disabled. It was there the last time i needed it may be a month or two ago....
Please let me know what are the criteria for getting LIVE ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT for a freelancer as it was available for past 4 years .
