My payment has been rejected: invalid account number

Hello Upwork!
I had a problem regarding withdrawing funds from my balance using the direct withdrawal method to a local bank. This has happened 3 times in this month. What's the problem with this?

I'm afraid to edit the information in the local bank that I linked to my Upwork account. I really need this fund so that it doesn't keep decreasing.
