My payment method has been disabled, payment rejected

Hi,

I am Lirik Kaloshi(freelancer), i started working for one project and i am trying to sent money to paypal. I opened a paypal with the same name as my upwork accout. Paypal is verified and also has a bank account verified on it. When i try with options GET PAID, i receive 2 email that my payment is disabled and rejected. I do not know what i did wrong.

 

Can you please help me with this issue.
