It's been a week since I've been on my Upwork account, but the payment method is still disabled. I have already entered the tax information and it is marked as completed in my Upwork account. Also, since the name of the payment method and the username of the account are the same, name mismatch cannot occur. I don't know how to contact the Upwork support team, so I can't find a way to solve it. I want someone to help me.

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that you have selected the 'Other entity type or claiming treaty benefits' option under the Federal tax classification on the Tax Information page. Freelancers who select this option will need to provide more detailed information required for non-U.S. entities (i.e. corporations and partnerships). Could you please check and confirm if this option is correct and applicable to you?

I checked that the capsule beside the section's title will display "Completed".
Doesn't this mean I don't have to take any further action?
And then please let me know submit form I have to provide.
