My payment money haven't been released after 8 days

I've achieved a milestone for a fixed-priced job, and this is the second milestone I've done.

Last time it takes about 5 days for my money to get released, but now it's been 8 days and I haven't get any payment.

Upwork clearly says the client has up to 14 days to review the work delivered and approve the milestone or request changes.   Just because the client released the funds 'early' the last time does not mean they are obligated to do so each time.

I actually do NOT recommend being 'pushy' and telling/asking the client to 'release' the money right now when they are entitled to 14 days to review.  Instead, maybe send them a polite message asking them if they've had a chance to review the most recent milestone and if they have any feedback/concerns. Trying to 'rush' them to review and release the money before the 14 days they are entitled to might back-fire, upset the client, and cause them to cancel the whole contract
