My payments are not processed and received by me.

I have withdrawn a very little amount on 25th of february 2019, Usually the amount comes to me in a day or 2 but it has been 5 days since i have withdrawn please tell me what is the reason. Is it unsafe to do any transaction in future?

I have withdrawn funds (4.07$ something) on 25th Feb 2019. Today is 5th March. It has been over 8 days & I have not received the funds yet.
