There are literally tens of thousands of freelancers in your category, and only 10 show up per page, so the chances of being on the first page(s) all the time are very slim. To make it fair for everyone, profile visibility is rotated.

Your profile shows up just fine when a client searches by your skills / title or with appropriate filters.
