Hi Jenish,

The first photo you shared is blurry and the other too large. Crop the third photo to keep your head and shoulders, resize it to 300x300 and you should be able to upload it to your profile. Let us know if it worked.

Hello Vladimir G,

Thank you for your reply for the 1st image I can understand and if we talk about the 3rd image it can max 576 x 576 so it is okay as per Up work.?

Hi Jenish,

The best option would be to resize your image down to 300 x 300 and upload it directly as your profile image. If you receive any error or need further help let me know.

With all due respect, being rude and insulting the team before your profile has even been approved seems a bad idea. Upwork might deduce from this that you don't have the right attitude and just reject your profile. You do know that most new profiles are not approved, right? Remember you want Upwork more than they want you......

It sounds like you DID have a response to your ticket... Go access it and look.

Hello,

Sorry for my wors it is frustration more than my word and my frustration as specially for that nobody able to tell me that what was the actual problem whether it is with the images or it with the internal system it seems like nobody interested in the root cause analysis of this issue at least one can able to tell me that what is the actual issue behind my problem.

Hello,

After some research on this issue, I found some internal system issue that if I request for image upload the system is not able to find the destination path and returning 500 error code.

Maybe this helps you to solve this issue.

We sincerely apologize you have to experience this issue. We can see that our technical team is still investigating on the issue to find out the root cause and be able to resolve it completely. I'm following up with them through the original ticket and let them know that you were reaching out to us about the case.

Thank you for your continued patience!
