My proposal not listed in proposals list

I did the proposal for some published task, and connects was taken from me for this.

After some time I entered the list of my proposal to see the list of proposals I did and I don't see that specific proposal. Why?

The customer definitely doesn't close the task. I never received notification that the project was closed. Moreover, I see the new project from this customer with almost the same conditions.

Why did my proposal disapeared?

If the project was closed by Upwork because of customer broke some rules of Upwork, why I never received my connects back? After all, I acted honestly and did not break the rules!

Hi Michael, 


I looked into your concern and I can see that the job was indeed closed. If you check your Connects History (Reports > Connects History) page, you will see that the Connects for this job have already been returned to your account.

Did you look on the archived tab of the proposal screen?

Ok. Now I see it in the Archived list. But why I never received notification about the project being closed?

By the way, I entered the Job posting and see that no one was hired for this project.

As I know, in case that the project was closed by the client without hiring somebody, Upwork returns connects to the freelancer.

I never received connects back. Why?
