My resident card is two-sided , can't process identity verification

Hi ,

Recently Upwork asked me for identity verification but there is some issues with it :
- I have passport delivered by Kosovo but it isn't listed in avalaible countries .
- I have resident card delivered by France but the problem is the card is two-sided (one side has my identity photo and the other has my informations ) . But in the ID verification I only can upload one image (I tried to merge both sides but didn't work ) .
How can I verify my identity ?
