My stats haven't updated

Hello,

I completed a large milestone yesterday. But the amount is not added to my 12-month earnings in my stats yet but it's updated on my profile. The total eligible weeks for top-rated status increases and now I have 4 more eligible weeks. Can you please solve this problem?

Hi Emmrol,

I just checked, and it looks like the earnings for the recently ended are still pending. When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. Once you are paid, please allow the system at least 24 hours to update. Thank you.
