Hello and thank you for helping me!
I've got a contract that was ended without payment, and I've worked on it only 1 hour in 3 months because UPWORK HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SYSTEM!
I wrote them several times during 3 months.They told me they are working on this problem....they are working....And I couldn't work on this contract approx 3 months because of their problems. After the client closed the contract, my success score went down from 88 to 58!
This is NOT fair!I've waited 3 months for them to help me to continue my work, and after that, I got my SUCCESS SCORE AT 58%??
I try to do my best to get jobs here.I started with 20 dollars a month to work to get a review....I send several proposals...I am not an expert in freelancing, but I want to work...I need money.....I want to make a career here.....I am a full-time musician and after my job, I stay at laptop more than 8 hours to specialize, to grow...
I neglect my family because I'm trying to do a career here ... and in the meantime, Upwork sabotages me like that?
Please tell me what I have to do!Thank you for your time!

What problem with the Upwork website could have prevented you from doing client work for three months, while the rest of us have been carrying on with our contracts?

I'm very sorry to hear you experienced a significant drop in your JSS and that you attribute this to issues with our site. I've checked and I see that our agents have reached out to you on two separate tickets in regard to the issues you are having with the Upwork platform as well as your most recent contract.
