Hi, my wife's account has been suspended without any warning or email notification. Her name is **Edited for community guidelines** All her contracts have been ended by Upwork and all earned money has been refunded. She tried to contact Help Center, but it redirected her to Find Work page, showing "can not sign in suspended user" error at the end of the URL. She also could not post a message on Upwork Community. So, I decided to post a message here. Can anyone help us?

Thanks for your reply. I don't want you to share my wife's account status here or with me. Is it possible for someone from Help Center to at least email my wife and explain her the reason to suspend the account?
