My payment has not arrived. Upwork had sent me a message the equivalent amount of money that I would receive after the exchange. This is the first time that the exchange is taking days unlike before that the payment would drop between 30 minutes. It is obvious that the money is missing. Please, I need help on that, because I visited the bank and I was told that there are no traces of the money. Thank you!

I checked and can confirm that a withdrawal you're referring to was successfully processed on our end. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers takes between 2 to 5 business days.
