My withdrawal not received to my bank - wire transfer

I didn't receive my withdrawal so far to my bank account. I released it on 13th June 2020. I got back to my bank and they said I should check with Upwork. why my withdrawal is not added to my bank account so far ?? It's wire transfer. may I ask why? today is 25th June 2020!
